Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

All Electrical Parts Sales are Final

All electrical and/or voltage sensitive parts such as thermoblock, boiler, transformer, grinder assembly, power board, Main PCB, Pump etc are NON-RETURNABLE. Before purchasing and finalizing your order, please email us at contact@shopjuraparts.com to confirm whether the electrical part will fit your automatic coffee machine. Sales of all electrical parts are final and non-returnable/non-refundable.

Parts Orders Valued Under $50 are Non-Returnable

All parts purchased from this website under $50 value are non-returnable. Cost of shipping is excluded from the total parts value. Should you have questions about any part, please email us at contact@shopjuraparts.com before purchasing.

Returns Policy

A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. This fee is 25% of the item(s) cost. Shipping cost is non-refundable and non-returnable.

All regularly stocked items can be returned within 5 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging. A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return. An applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount due. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Part Installation and Technical Support

We are primarily a service oriented company. We service all JURA automatic coffee machines that are shipped to us for repairs. Our technicians do not provide technical support or guidance with parts installation. We do not provide parts installation support for parts purchased from this website. Buyer is fully responsible for installing the parts in their JURA automatic coffee machine.

Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders

Once an Order is placed and completed, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. Shop Jura Parts will make every effort to comply with your cancellation request. Once a shipment tracking number is generated, we will not cancel or make changes to your order. Packages will be delivered to the address confirmed on your order. For security, address changes cannot be made after the order is placed. We are unable to change shipping addresses, redirect, or place a hold on a shipped package.

Shipping Method

We reserve the right to use a different shipping carrier (using a comparable service) than what was selected at checkout. Orders will be shipped using our preferred provider and we are unable to accommodate shipping orders on a customer's personal shipping account.

Damaged Merchandise

Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during shipping. Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping damage. If an item appears to be damaged, do not attempt to use it and notify us immediately so that we can begin the claims process.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have questions regarding your order email Customer Service at contact@shopjuraparts.com. We are happy to address your concerns. Filing a chargeback in order to circumvent published policies, dispute policies, avoid published fees or fraudulently obtain services and/or products free of charge will result in being reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Shop Jura Parts without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
