Refund & Returns Policy
ShopJuraParts.com and PartsGuru.com are operated by Elana Enterprises LLC DBA ACM Repair Services. We strive to provide accurate product information and quality replacement parts for commercial beverage and automatic coffee equipment.
Due to the technical nature of replacement parts, customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before placing an order. If you need assistance identifying a part, please contact us prior to ordering.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA, please contact:
RMA requests must be submitted within 10 days of the original invoice date. Approved RMAs are valid for 15 days from the date issued.
Returns received without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label may be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or credit, returned merchandise must meet all of the following conditions:

Merchandise must be new, unused, and in resalable condition

Returns must be received within the approved RMA period

Original manufacturer packaging must be unopened and undamaged

Items marked as special order or non-returnable are not eligible for return
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval prior to issuance of any refund or credit.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 30%.
Restocking fees may be waived for approved exchanges involving merchandise of equal or greater value.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an order was shipped incorrectly by us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Opened electronic components

Opened sealed manufacturer packaging

Installed or used parts

Parts damaged during installation or misuse
Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery.
If a package arrives visibly damaged or contains damaged merchandise, please notify the shipping carrier immediately and contact us within two (2) business days of delivery. Retain all packaging materials for inspection and possible carrier claims.
Failure to report shipping damage promptly may limit the ability to process claims with the carrier.
Incorrect or Missing Items
Customers must report incorrectly shipped or missing items within five (5) business days of delivery.
Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for review or adjustment.
