Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, compatibility information, and images are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for verifying part compatibility before placing an order. If you need assistance identifying a part, please contact us prior to purchase.

Electrical and Electronic Components

Due to the sensitive nature of electrical and electronic components, all sales of electrical parts are final.

Non-returnable electrical items include, but are not limited to:

  • Power boards

  • Main PCB boards

  • Thermoblocks

  • Boilers

  • Transformers

  • Pumps

  • Grinder assemblies

  • Voltage-sensitive electronic components

Orders Under $50

Parts orders with merchandise values under $50 are generally non-returnable. Shipping charges are excluded when calculating merchandise value.

Returns and Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 30%.

Returns must:

  • be unused

  • be in original packaging

  • include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • meet all conditions outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.

Technical Support and Installation

ShopJuraParts.com primarily operates as a parts supplier and repair service company. We do not provide installation services or technical support for customer-performed repairs.

Customers assume full responsibility for installation, diagnosis, and use of parts purchased through this website.

Educational and informational repair content may be available through the PartsGuruUSA YouTube channel.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly to minimize delays. Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Orders that have already been shipped or assigned a tracking number cannot be modified or canceled.

For security purposes, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed.

Shipping Methods

We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and service level used to fulfill orders. Comparable shipping services may be substituted when necessary.

Transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact both the shipping carrier and our customer service team promptly so that a claim may be initiated when applicable.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact customerservice@partsguru.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks, attempts to circumvent published policies, or disputes filed after merchandise has been delivered may result in account restrictions and collection activity where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability
