Shipping Policy
ShopJuraParts.com, operated by PartsGuru.com and Elana Enterprises LLC DBA ACM Repair Services, ships merchandise throughout the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from our Pennsylvania warehouse. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time are often processed the same business day; however, processing times may vary depending on order volume, weekends, holidays, and product availability.
Shipping confirmation and tracking information are emailed to the email address provided during checkout once the order has been shipped.
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Expedited shipping services, including FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2-Day delivery, are generally shipped Tuesday through Thursday to help minimize weekend transit delays.
Please note that transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed by ShopJuraParts.com or PartsGuru.com. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for shipping refunds.
Customers are encouraged to inspect packages upon delivery. If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier promptly to initiate a damage claim. We will reasonably assist customers with carrier documentation requests when possible.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in cases where an order was shipped incorrectly by us.
Returns and Exchanges
Return authorization is required prior to returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Undamaged returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. Restocking fees may be waived for approved exchanges involving merchandise of equal or greater value.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our shipping error.
Due to the technical nature of replacement parts, customers are responsible for confirming compatibility prior to placing an order. If you need assistance identifying a part, please contact us before ordering.
